Terms & Conditions

  1. Free Shipping Eligibility:

    • Free shipping is available with minimum worth of ₱800,000.00 of our products , Quantity of items must be 10 units or more.
    • This is only available for single transaction (one receipt).
    • Orders must be placed through our official website.

  2. Shipping Method:

    • Free shipping will be fulfilled through our standard shipping method.
    • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

  3. Shipping Limitations:

    • Free shipping is applicable only to orders within Metro Manila, Selected Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao Areas only where our couriers are available for service.
    • Orders exceeding 200kg are not eligible for free shipping.

  4. Shipping Schedule:

    • Free shipping orders will be processed and shipped after hours (6:00 PM - 9:00 PM) from Monday to Friday.
    • Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next business day.

  5. Order Tracking:

    • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.
    • Tracking information will be provided via email or SMS.

  6. Shipping Address:

    • Customers must provide a valid shipping address within Metro Manila, Selected Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao Areas only where our couriers are available for service.
    • Changes to the shipping address must be requested before the order is shipped.

  7. Returns & Exchanges:

    • Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for information on returning items.
    • We cannot cancel orders paid and deliveries already processed.

  8. Additional Terms:

    • Free shipping terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
    • This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. We reserve the right to amend, modify, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
